What we did

LB Barnet and Barnet Homes were delivering 250 plus homes on their own land, with all of the challenges which attend that process. Municipal completed a review of both the quality of the new homes being delivered as well as the delivery process itself. We undertook the following work:

  • Visiting completed schemes including conversations with residents

  • Undertaking a document and process review

  • Leading workshops with staff members from across the business to inform changes to the delivery process

  • Providing feedback to enable process improvements
