Delivering Quality Review
Using the Delivering Quality Homes framework, we work closely with public sector housing clients to review their recent housing completions, and also to assess their culture, people and quality management practices.
Who is this for?
You are a public sector landowner leading a programme of new build homes and/or mixed use developments. You are keen to enhance the quality of your output, and would like a full review of your people, processes and built output to determine the best ways to achieve that enhancement.
What’s included?
We work with you to understand your programme, team and processes.
We speak to staff members at all levels to fully understand their roles and ways of working.
We analyse working practices and standard documents being used e.g. briefs, tenders, contracts
We visit completed schemes with appropriate colleagues, speaking with residents if appropriate
We run workshops with all development colleagues to encourage an understanding of the DQH handbook and how working practices could be enhanced
We pull together a report showing strengths and weaknesses in the delivery of quality, and outlining actions to take forward to improve
