A quality and process review for Lambeth
What we did
LB Lambeth and their wholly owned delivery vehicle, Homes for Lambeth, are delivering thousands of new homes in the borough across both small and larger sites. The borough’s client team needed enhanced governance processes and documents to ensure appropriate scrutiny of the programme. We undertook the following work:
Set out a series of project gateways and wrote template reports to suit
Reviewed a number of planning stage schemes against HfL’s Design Standards
Reviewed HfL’s Employer’s Requirements, making recommendations for enhancement
