What we did

LB Enfield obtained Outline Consent for the first two phases of the Meridian Water masterplan, and selected Vistry Partnerships to be its development partner for these two phases. Vistry’s first task is to undertake new design work towards a detailed planning application at the end of 2020. LB Enfield asked Claire to chair a six-person expert Design Advisory Group, meeting monthly with Vistry, to ensure that the design evolution met Enfield’s aspirations. We undertook the following work:

  • Reviewing all of the planning and contractual documents associated with the scheme

  • Setting out a programme of design review work up to planning

  • A workshop with LB Enfield and the Design Advisory Group

  • Chairing bi-monthly design review sessions with Vistry
