A review of quality after Alma Estate Phase One
What we did
LB Enfield and Countryside Properties have recently completed Phase 1 of the Alma Estate regeneration project in Ponders End. Municipal was asked to review various aspects of the project from procurement through to planning and design in order that the council could enhance processes into the next phase. We undertook the following work:
Undertaking site visits
Undertaking resident and staff interviews
Reviewing all drawings, documents and contracts associated with the project
Providing a detailed report and recommendations to the council
