Listening to the residents in Colville - Phase One
What we did
LB Hackney has recently completed a phase of its Colville Estate regeneration project. They wanted to gain detailed feedback from the residents about their new homes in order to inform the design of future phases. We undertook the following work:
Setting up and then analysing the survey (alongside PPCR)
Holding workshops with residents
Feeding back to the council and resident representative body
Creating a schedule of improvements for the later phases to be costed
