What we did

LLDC is seeking developer partners for various masterplan sites totalling 6000 homes before winding up in 2022. We worked with LLDC’s design team to ensure that design quality not only featured strongly in the developer procurement process, but that the tender documents and questions elicited the best partner candidates. We undertook the following work:

  • Reviewing the proposed SQ and ITT questions

  • Proposing new criteria, weightings and questions
