What we did
Stories was seeking the right architect for a critical early BTR housing scheme in their portfolio. Key factors in their decision-making were not just design flair, but also technical and commercial skills and ability to engage well with various stakeholders. We undertook the following work alongside Stories and their investor partners:

Commenting on proposed questions and evaluation
Reviewing submissions and participating in interviews
